Calmira is a program that adds a task bar, start menu, file explorer, shortcuts and other Win95 features to Win3.1, without slowing down the whole computer! (It's free as well!) The HTML editor that I use, FlexED for Win3.1 (also for Win95), is available at Infoflex. This editor is the best that I've seen (better than HotDog), and has toolbars and buttons for just about all the HTML tags, wizards for frames, tables and image maps, and an inbuilt browser. All this in a program less than 1Mb in size!
